Occupational Health and Safety Policy

In our vision of "Respectful to the World, Respected in the World" , one of our basic principles is to determine and maintain the most appropriate working methods in order to create a safe and healthy working environment in accordance with our management systems, and to increase our OHS performance in all our processes with the relevant national and international legislation and regulations in line with our goals.

In line with these principles;

  • To create healthy and safe working conditions with a zero work accident and zero occupational disease approach,
  • To detect and eliminate danger, risk and near miss situations in the work environment,
  • To provide the necessary communication activities to understand the needs and expectations of our employees and relevant parties regarding OHS,
  • Taking proactive measures by making necessary plans for possible emergencies,
  • To provide facilities for all OHS training that may be required and to monitor the effectiveness of the training,
  • To promote the lessons learned and best practices on OSH issues and disseminate them to all our work areas,
  • To identify OHS-related opportunities and evaluate them by integrating them into our processes and practices ,
  • To determine quantitative targets, create action plans, and monitor realization levels in order to achieve successful OHS performance,
  • To create a culture which safe and healthy working habits are internalized and to provide the necessary resources for this,
  • To base continuous improvement in our OHS activities by ensuring the participation of all levels of the organization and our stakeholders,
  • To detect and eliminate unsafe situations and movements in the workplace and its annexes that may cause occupational accidents and occupational diseases, as well as possible accident risks, by making an effective risk assessment,
  • To identify risks that may cause occupational accidents and occupational diseases in the workplace, to ensure the health, safety and social welfare of employees at all levels, visitors and subcontractors, and to reduce all kinds of material and moral losses that may arise in the future for themselves and their families,
  • To train our employees in the field of occupational health and safety and to ensure that they reach a good occupational health and safety awareness,
  • To become an exemplary company in terms of OHS practices as occupational health equipment, in the eyes of affiliated institutions, chambers of industry and associations,
  • Considering the development of the industrial world, predicting the possible situations that may be encountered in the future, constantly improving and reviewing our situation,
  • We undertake to ensure the continuity of our management systems established and implemented in this direction as our OHS policy.

In our company, human life is a priority; No job can be important enough to be done without taking safety and health precautions.

Our employees comply with all legal regulations and company policies regarding occupational health and safety, immediately report unsafe working conditions, accidents, injuries and unhealthy conditions, identify emergency hazards and make necessary preparations; Know what to do in case of emergency and does not come to work under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

All company employees, stakeholders and contractors are obliged to work in accordance with the requirements of our company's OHS policy.
